Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos serves as the Diocesan Bishop of the Diocese of North America. Ordained in 1980 and consecrated as Episcopa in 2005, he holds a doctorate in Christian Education from Boston University. Throughout his ministry, he has been deeply involved in Sunday School, youth development, theological education, and church leadership. An inspiring preacher and gifted teacher, he is especially known for his commitment to nurturing children, youth, and families. He has served in several dioceses and currently provides spiritual leadership to Mar Thoma congregations across North America. His ministry continues to strengthen the Church through biblical teaching, pastoral care, and visionary leadership.
